Ingredients
- 4 x potatoes
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 dl mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- ½ x lemon
Method
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 0.5 cm thick strips. Put the potatoes in cold water and let them soak for 30 minutes.
- Dry the potatoes well and toss them in oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the Cosori AirFryer at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Mix together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, pressed garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
