Ingredients
- 130 g tofu
- 2 tsp red curry paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 g pasta tagliatelle
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ x red onion
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 x celery sticks
- 1 x carrot
- ⅓ x broccoli
Method
- Cut the tofu into cubes and add to a bowl. In a cup, stir together soy sauce and half of the red curry paste with a fork. Pour over the tofu and gently stir until all the pieces are covered in marinade. Let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Fry the tofu in a frying pan with oil. Make sure to stir them around so that the oil covers all tofu surfaces, and cook until golden brown. Set aside.
- Boil the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
- Dice all the vegetables, and fry the garlic, red onion and ginger in a pan until the onion is soft.
- Add the rest of the red curry paste and the rest of the vegetables and wok for about 5-6 minutes.
- Fold in the pasta and fried tofu, and season with black pepper and soy sauce.
