Sweet, Gooey and Delicious Pistachio Bliss Balls


  • 100 g medjool dates
  • 50 g pistachios
  • ½ pinch salt
  • 25 g chocolate


  1. This recipe will give you around 12 pistachio balls per serving. Try to buy pistachio kernels, or else you will have to peel them yourself. Chocolate is optional, and you can use whatever chocolate you like or have on hand.
  2. Remove the pit from the dates.
  3. Put the dates and the pistachio kernels to a food prosessor and mix until you have a sticky dough.
  4. Form the dough into bite size balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate and cover the bliss balls with melted chocolate. Put them in the freezer so the chocolate hardens. I recommend to have them in the freezer for 1-2 hours before served even if you don't have chocolate on them, because they will set and harden better this way.
  6. Keep the bliss balls in the freezer.
