Sour cream waffles

I have used non-reduces fat almond flour in this delicious waffle recipe!

Ingredients

  • 6 x eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar free powdered sugar
  • 1 can sour cream
  • 80 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk fiber

Method

  1. Whisk eggs and sugar (Sukrin) together.
  2. Add sour cream and give it a beat.
  3. Add the almond flour, vanilla, cardamom, baking powder and little by little psyllium husk fiber to the batter.
  4. Whisk together the ingredients into a slightly thick waffle batter, add more psyllium husk fiber if the batter is too thin (psyllium husk fiber has a binding effect), and fry the waffles golden to a waffle iron. (I greased the iron with butter)
  5. Serve with, for example, sugar-free raspberry jam and preferably a spoonful of whipped cream or sour cream.
