Silky hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 x lemon
  • 350 g chickpeas
  • 2 dl aquafaba
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. To a small bowl add garlic clove with the juice from the lemon for about 30 min. By doing this, the hummus with have a more soft taste of garlic.
  2. Put everything in a food processor and run for about 2 minutes until you get a completely smooth and silky hummus.
