Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 x shallots
- 50 g champignon
- 50 g reindeer filet
- 1 dl short grain rice
- 5 dl beef broth
- ½ tbsp butter
- ½ dl heavy cream
- 1 handful cheese
Method
- Cut the garlic, shallots and mushrooms into strips and fry in a pot with some butter until the mushroom has shrinkened.
- Add the reindeer meat, and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the rice and fry for a couple of minutes before adding a splash of the beef stock. Stir and let simmer on medium heat until the rice has absorbed all the liquid. Repeat the step until there's no more stock left.
- Add butter, cream and some cheese (parmesan is amazing in this recipe). If you don't have any cheese on hand, you don't have to add any.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
