Ingredients
- 3 dl heavy cream
- 150 g cauliflower
- 150 g broccoli
- 150 g diced bacon
- 250 g cheese
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
Method
- Set the oven to 200 degrees celsius (top and bottom heat).
- Boil water and cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets and place them to the water for about 2 minutes.
- To a pan, fry the bacon.
- Add the cream cheese and cream to a saucepan and whisk until it begins to simmer, add the stir in 150 grams of grated cheese and set it aside.
- Drain the water from the freshly pulled cauliflower and broccoli and pour them into an ovenproof dish (approx. 15 X 30 cm size).
- Pour over the white cheese sauce and mix it into the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with fried bacon and grated cheese.
- Place in the middle of the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
