Ingredients
- 2 dl white beans
- ½ x broccoli
- ½ x red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ x yellow onion
- 60 g pasta penne
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- ½ dl cream
- 1 handful cheese
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Method
- Rinse the beans in cold water.
- Chop the broccoli, peppers, garlic, onions and fry the vegetables together with white beans.
- Boil the pasta.
- Mix together greek yogurt, cream and cheese.
- Mix the cheese mixture, cherry tomatoes and pasta together with the vegetables and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
