Ingredients
- 2 x breaded fish filet
- 1 x mango
- 1 x red onion
- 1 x green chili
- 4 tbsp fresh coriander
- ΒΌ x lime
- 4 x tortillas
- 4 tbsp sour cream
Method
- Fry the fish according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the mango, red onion and green chili into cubes and add to a bowl together with cilantro and lime juice. Mix well.
- Warm up the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
- Serve the tortillas with fish, mango salsa and sour cream.
- Note: You have to set aside 2/3 of the mango salsa if you follow the weekly menu. It will be used in other recipes.
