Ingredients
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp rape seed oil
- 400 pasta tagliatelle
- 1 x yellow onion
- 3 clove garlic
- 3 dl heavy cream
- 75 g parmesan
- 100 g spinach
Method
- Boil pasta according to package. Rub the salmon fillets with the dry spices.
- Add oil to a frying pan on medium-high heat. Fry the salmon fillets 4 minutes on each side.
- Chop onion and garlic. Fry the onion in the same pan as you cooked the salmon for 4 minutes while stirring. Add the garlic and fry 2 more minutes. Pour in heavy cream and grated parmesan. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta and spinach and stir to make sure the pasta is coated in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and top of with the salmon filets. Serve!
