Ingredients
- 1 dl pasta penne
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 x yellow onion
- 2 dl crème fraîche
- ¼ pack fresh basil
- ½ pack spinach
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ x lemon
- 100 g salmon fillet
- 70 g cheese
Method
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Mince the garlic and onion, and fry in a pan with a little oil or butter until soft.
- Add creme fraiche, fresh basil, salt and pepper, and simmer.
- Finally add the cubed salmon fillet, spinach, cooked pasta and juice of half a lemon. Mix to combine and transfer to a baking dish. Top with grated cheese and bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 15-20 minutes.
