White Salmon Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 dl pasta penne
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 x yellow onion
  • 2 dl crème fraîche
  • ¼ pack fresh basil
  • ½ pack spinach
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ x lemon
  • 100 g salmon fillet
  • 70 g cheese

Method

  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Mince the garlic and onion, and fry in a pan with a little oil or butter until soft.
  3. Add creme fraiche, fresh basil, salt and pepper, and simmer.
  4. Finally add the cubed salmon fillet, spinach, cooked pasta and juice of half a lemon. Mix to combine and transfer to a baking dish. Top with grated cheese and bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 15-20 minutes.
