These crispbreads are extremely addictive and are eaten in the same way as snacks at our house! There's nothing wrong with a bit of good butter and brown cheese on top either!
Ingredients
- 6 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g oats
- 100 g flax seeds
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 100 g whole wheat flour
Method
- Spread the batter thinly between greaseproof paper or a silicone mat. (This recipe is enough for about 4 baking trays). Pull off the paper and bake at 150 degrees for about 1 hour. Score the dough with a knife or pizza wheel after half the time so it will be easier to break them into squares in the end. Cool on a wire rack!
- Mix all the dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed, oatmeal and salt), and stir in the boiling water. Let the batter swell for 20 minutes, until it thickens.
