Ingredients
- 3 x tomato
- 2 x red pepper
- ½ x yellow onion
- 2 x carrot
- 3 dl white beans
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g pasta penne
- 1 ½ dl cream
- 3 handful spinach
Method
- Chop tomatoes, red peppers, onion and carrots.
- Brush with oil and bake in the oven at 220 degrees in a refractory dish until they become tender.
- Rinse the beans in water and fry them with olive oil in a pan with ginger, chili and garlic.
- Boil pasta.
- Take out the vegetables, remove the skin and mix it in a blender until you get a smooth texture.
- Blend it all together and stir in spinach.
