
Ingredients
- ½ clove garlic
 - 1 x spring onion
 - ¼ x red chili
 - 200 g minced meat
 - ½ tbsp hoisin sauce
 - ½ tbsp soy sauce
 - ¼ x lime
 - 50 g cabbage
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
Method
- Mince the garlic, the white part of the spring onion and chili and add to a bowl together with the minced meat, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and lime juice. Mix well.
 - Shape the dough into meatballs and fry in a pan. Once they have a nice brown crust, transfer to the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes or until they're properly cooked.
 - Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden. Watch them carefully - this only takes a few minutes!
 - Wash and pat the cabbage leaves dry. Place the meatballs in the leaves and top with chopped spring onions, toasted seeds and extra chili if desired. Serve with hoisin sauce.
