Ingredients
- 1 x large potato
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp bbq seasoning with seaweed from lofoten
- 1 handful grated cheese
- 1 can corn
Method
- Place the butter to the counter.
- Pre heat the oven to 225 degrees celsius.
- Cut the potato in half and poke holes with a fork. Add a little olive oil and season with barbecue seasoning.
- If you have aluminum foil, you can cover the potato with foil. Bake the potato for 40 minutes.
- To a small bowl, combine butter at room temperature and barbecue seasoning.
- Take the potato out of the oven and make sure it is soft inside. Slice the potato crosswise and open it up so you can add in the filling.
