Ingredients
- 1 dl short grain rice
- 5 dl water
- 1 x vegetable bouillon
- ½ tsp chili spice
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ x carrot
- ¼ x spring onion
- ⅒ x cucumber
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Method
- Since the rice well in cold water.
- Add rice, water, vegetable bullion, grated ginger and chili spice to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer about 50 minutes. Stir occasionally for the porridge not to burn.
- Serve with sliced carrot, spring union and cucumber. Top it off with soy sauce.
