
Ingredients
- 5 dl turkey broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp plain white flour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 dl red wine
Method
- If you have made roasted turkey, you have turkey broth. If not, you can use another broth. Brown the butter in a saucepan. Add flour and fry.
- Add turkey broth, soy sauce, red wine. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
