Ingredients
- 2 x eggs
- 1 ½ dl plain white flour
- 1 ½ dl mashed swede
- ¼ x red onion
- ½ dl 35% fat sour cream
- 50 g norwegian cured meat
Method
- Whisk eggs to a bowl and add the mashed swede. Fold in the flour and let the batter swell for at least 15 minutes.
- Fry the batter in a waffle iron with plenty of butter until the waffles have a golden brown color.
- Chop the red onion.
- Serve swede waffle in hearts topped with sour cream, Norwegian cured meat and red onion. A perfect appetizer for any Christmas party!
