Sugar-free brownies made with healthier ingredients - perfect as a gift for someone you love! Made with oats, cocoa powder, sugar free sirup, coconut oil, almond butter and maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 60 g oat flour
- 15 g cacao
- 75 g almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 30 g dairy butter
- 15 g finesse baking sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp sukrin sugar free gold syrup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 150 g sugar free dark chocolate
- 20 g sugar-free sprinkles
- 2 ½ tbsp sugar-free sirup maple
- 1 tbsp sukrin sugar free gold syrup
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the oat flour and cocoa powder.
- Add almond butter (melted in a saucepan or microwave), sugar syrup gold, sugar maple syrup and coconut oil.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper and cut out hearts with a cookie cutter. Place a cocktail stick in the hearts.
- Cover a tray with baking paper and put the hearts in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Caramel sauce: Melt the butter, caster sugar and sugar syrup in a saucepan. Add condensed milk and bring to a boil over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes Stir until it is thick enough in consistency.
- Pour the caramel fudge into a piping bag and spread it evenly over the hearts.
- Melt the chocolate and then dip them in the melted chocolate.
