Ingredients
- 1 thumb ginger
- 1 x lemon grass
- 1 x red chili
- 2 handful fresh coriander
- 4 dl soy sauce with less salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 x lime
Method
- Peel the ginger and grate it on the finest part of the grater, do the same with lemongrass.
- Mince red chilli and coriander.
- Add soy sauce and sugar to a small saucepan together with chilli, ginger and lemongrass. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved and set aside.
- To the pot squeeze the lime juice and add the minced coriander. It is now ready to serve.
- If you want to make it in advance of serving, wait to add the lime and coriander. Otherwise, it will feel a bit sloppy.
