Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 x lemon
- 350 g chickpeas
- 2 dl aquafaba
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- To a small bowl add garlic clove with the juice from the lemon for about 30 min. By doing this, the hummus with have a more soft taste of garlic.
- Put everything in a food processor and run for about 2 minutes until you get a completely smooth and silky hummus.
