Raw cheesecake bites

Ingredients

    Cheese cream:

  • 250 g greek yogurt
  • 200 g cream cheese natural
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla powder
  • ½ x lemon
  • ⅓ tsp turmeric color powder (natural)

    nutcake base:

  • 100 g walnuts
  • 4 x medjool dates
  • 20 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients for the nut base in a food processor or with a stick blender until finely chopped.
  2. Stir together the cream cheese until it is a smooth mixture.
  3. Take the nut mixture and spread in the bottom of about 10 muffin tins and then fill with cream cheese.
  4. Place directly in the freezer for 1.5 hours. These must be enjoyed as soon as they come out of the freezer as they melt like ice cream.
