Fluffy coffee flavoured oats, a smooth and creamy coconut yoghurt topping, and a dusting of cocoa powder. Perfect if you're a dessert for breakfast kind of person.
Ingredients
- 80 g rolled oats (gluten free)
- 20 g almond flour
- 20 g chia seeds
- 20 g cacao powder
- ΒΌ tsp vanilla powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 180 ml almond milk
- 120 ml coffee
- 30 g maple syrup
Overnight Oats:
- 240 g coconut yoghurt
- 20 g maple syrup
Yoghurt Layer:
Method
- Combine the dry ingredients for the tiramisu oats in a bowl.
- Add the maple syrup, coffee and almond milk and whisk until fully combined. Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- To make the yoghurt layer, combine the yoghurt and maple syrup.
- Serve the tiramisu oats in two bowls, smoothing the yoghurt on top. Or serve in layers in glasses, finishing with a layer of yoghurt. Dust with cacao powder. Enjoy!
