Ingredients
- 2 dl oats
- 2 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 ½ dl hazelnuts
- 1 dl linseed
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl chia seeds
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 dl maple syrup
- 1 handful raisins
- 1 handful goji berries
Method
- Set the oven to 180 degrees, over-under heat.
- Chop the hazelnuts and place the dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the raisins and goji berries.
- Pour in the maple syrup and mix well.
- Place baking paper on a baking tray and spread the mixture evenly, bake for approx. 20 min. Stir lightly about halfway through the cooking time. (the baking time can variate from oven to oven)
- Mix in raisins and goji berries when the rest is finished in the oven. This step can easily be skipped. Feel free to take away or add something else instead.
- Store the finished granola in a closed glass jar. Take out and use as a topping when you want to enjoy yoghurt or something like that. So good!
