Ingredients
- 1 ½ dl oats
- 1 dl oat milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 200 g plant-based yoghurt
- 1 tbsp dutch-process cocoa powder
Method
- To start, combine all the ingredients to a bowl, and mix it all together. Place in a glass and cover with a lid.
- Place the jar in the fridge overnight. Serve with a little peanut butter and banana as topping.
