Juicy Crispy Duck with Hoisin Sauce, Chinese Pancakes and Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 x duck confit thighs
  • 2 x carrot
  • 1 x cucumber
  • 4 x celery sticks
  • 4 x spring onion
  • 2 dl hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 20 x chinese pancakes

Method

  1. At 180 degrees celsius you bake the duck thighs for 15 minutes in an AirFryer.
  2. You can use a hot air oven to heat the duck thighs, but they clearly turn out best in an air fryer. If you will use the oven, calculate a little longer cooking time.
  3. Wash the vegetables and peel the carrots. Cut all the vegetables into thin strips.
  4. Steam the pancakes according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Serve with hoisin sauce, some minced coriander and sesame seeds.
