Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g minced meat
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ dl water
- ¼ x red onion
- 6 x cherry tomatoes
- ⅓ pack fresh coriander
- 2 x burger buns
- ⅓ pack rocket
Method
- Start by making the burger patties. Mince the garlic and add to a bowl together with the minced meat, salt, pepper and water. Combine with a fork.
- Shape the dough into burgers (preferably extra large, as they shrink when cooked), and fry on the grill or in a frying pan for about 6-8 minutes on both sides.
- Make tomato salsa by mincing red onion, cherry tomatoes and coriander. Mix in a small bowl.
- Serve the burgers in burger buns with rocket and tomato salsa.
