Ingredients
- 200 g sugar
- 160 g dairy butter
- 3 x eggs
- 200 g plain white flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 x green apple
- g brown sugar
Method
- Whip sugar and dairy butter until it`s white and fluffy. Important with temperated butter.
- While the sugar and butter is whipping, you can peel the apples and cut them into wedges.
- Pour the eggs in and mix together.
- Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and mix.
- Pour the batter in a springform pan, It`s important with parchment paper at the bottom.
- Apply the apple wedges and sprinkle with cinnamon, white and brown sugar.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Check the cake after 30 minutes, stick a knife in the middle of the cake. If the knife is dry, the cake is done.
- Serve when it`s still warm with som delicious vanilla icecream. Enjoy!
