Ingredients
- 1 dl couscous
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ pack parsley
- 100 g halloumi cheese
- ¼ x cucumber
- ½ x red onion
- ⅓ pack cherry tomatoes
- ¼ pack spinach
- ½ pack chickpeas
- 100 g feta cheese
Method
- Make couscous according to the instructions on the package. When the couscous is done, add the olive oil, turmeric, cumin and finely chopped parsley. Season with a little salt.
- Fry halloumi in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
- Slice cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
- Add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, spinach and chickpeas to the couscous. Top with feta cheese and halloumi.
