Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vanilla kesam
- 2 handful mango
Method
- Mix together chia seeds, coconut milk, sugar, mango and quark in a bowl.
- Let the batter swell for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
