Ingredients
- ΒΌ x leeks
- 150 g white beans
- 1 clove garlic
- Β½ x tomato
- 1 pinch chili flakes
Method
- We are using burger buns and feta creme that were made earlier this weekly menu.
- Cut leaks and fry in a pan together with olive oil, white beans and a whole clove of garlic for about 5 minutes.
- Cut tomatoes into cubes and toast the burger buns.
- Serve the toasted buns with feta creme, tomatoes, marinated beans and chili flakes.
