Easy and perfect for mealprep😀
Ingredients
- 200 g spinach
- 2 clove garlic
- 3 x eggs
- 1 dl plain white flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 handful tomato
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g parmesan
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Finely chop the garlic. Then pan sear the garlic and spinach for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the spinach and garlicmix into a casserole. Add eggs, black pepper, flour and milk. Chop the tomatoes and feta and mix well.
- Top with grated parmesan and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
