Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 x eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- ΒΌ dl milk
- Β½ x avocado
Method
- Cook the bacon in the oven. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 220 degrees celsius for about 12-15 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs together with salt and milk. Next, pour the mixture into a frying pan over medium heat with a knob of butter and stir as it cooks. Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan right before they're finished. This ensures the best possible scrambled eggs!
- Serve the eggs with bacon and avocado.
