Breakfast of Leftovers

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 2 x eggs
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ x avocado

Method

  1. Roast bacon in the oven at 215 degrees celsius for about 15 minutes.
  2. Beat together eggs, heavy cream and salt, and fry in a frying pan. Stir constantly to get a fluffy and fine scrambled egg.
  3. Serve eggs and bacon with avocado.
