Ingredients
- ¼ pack juarez meat spice
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 x pork chops
- ½ x tomato
- ½ x yellow onion
- ¼ pack feta cheese
- ¼ pack fresh coriander
Method
- In this recipe we use the bread that was made earlier in the weekly menu.
- Combine juarez meat spice and olive oil together with the pork chops and let the meat marinate for a few minutes.
- Slice the tomato and onion.
- Fry the meat on both sides on high heat in a frying pan. Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
- Fill some slices of bread with pork chops, onion, tomato, feta cheese and some fresh coriander.
