Ingredients
- 150 g cod fillet
- ⅓ pack guacamole spice mix
- ½ x red onion
- 2 x polar bread
- ⅓ pack spinach
- ¼ x lemon
Method
- Cover the cod fillet with guacamole spice mix.
- Chop red onion and toast polar bread.
- Fry the cod fillet in a pan with butter. Let the cod cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Top the cod fillet with a little lemon juice and serve it on a plate with polar bread, spinach, red onion and tzatziki.
