Ingredients
- ½ x cauliflower
- 2 x polar bread
- ½ pack chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic
- ⅓ pack guacamole spice mix
- ⅓ pack spinach
- ½ x red onion
Method
- Cut the cauliflower into pieces and bake in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, toss in the polar breads so that they become crispy.
- In a food processor add fried cauliflower, fried polar bread in small pieces, chickpeas, garlic and guacamole spice mix. Mix well until the dough is lump-free.
- With wet hands, form the dough into burgers and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the burgers at 200 degrees celsius for about 30 minutes. Flip halfway.
- Serve the burgers in polar bread with spinach, red onion and tzatziki.
