Ingredients
- 3 ½ dl plain white flour
- ¼ pack dry yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ dl lukewarm water
- 100 g parmesan
Method
- Note: We are using leftover meat sauce in this recipe that were earlier this weekly menu.
- Make the pizza dough by mixing together flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water, and knead the dough for 10 minutes. Leave the dough to rise for 45-60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a circle ant transfer to a baking tray. Add the meat sauce and grated parmesan and bake in the oven at 250 degrees celcius for 10-15 minutes.
