This is a flavor explosion! The spicy Nduja sausage, tomato, and mozzarella on a baguette, with a mild sour cream dressing. Yum! Feel free to make the baguettes from scratch. You can find my recipe here in Sulten. Alternatively, you can use regular bread or sourdough bread
Ingredients
- 1 x french baguette
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 tsp nduja
- 2 x tomatoes
- 125 g fresh mozzarella
- 2 dl sour cream
- 1 tsp sriracha
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Slice the baguette in half. Finely chop the garlic and heat a frying pan with olive oil. Fry the baguette together with the garlic with the "cut side" down, so you get a crispy crust.
- Spread Nduja on the baguettes.
- Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and alternate placing them on the baguettes. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Blend the sour cream and sriracha, then season with salt and pepper. For added freshness, consider incorporating a splash of lemon juice and some fresh herbs to enhance the flavors.
- Serve with fresh salad if available.
