Ingredients
- 4 x chicken breast
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- ½ tbsp sriracha
- 1 x yellow onion
- 150 g pasta penne
- 4 handful spinach
- 2 dl water
- 1 x chicken broth
- 2 handful walnuts
- 2 tbsp chicken seasoning
Method
- Cut chicken and onion into pieces and mix together with cream cheese, greek yogurt, chicken seasoning.
- Fry in a frying pan or a large pot over a medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the pasta and the broth water and let it simmer on a low/medium heat until the pasta is cooked.
- Stir in spinach and top with walnuts at the end.
