Meat Pizza

This dinner is part of a weekly menu, where you have made the meat sauce the day before.

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ dl plain white flour
  • ½ pack dry yeast
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 ½ dl lukewarm water
  • 1 handful grated cheese
  • 1 handful fresh basil

Method

  1. To a bowl combine wheat flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
  2. Let the dough rise for approximately 25–30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top with meat sauce, grated cheese and fresh basil. Bake in the middle of the oven at 250 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes.
