This dinner is part of a weekly menu, where you have made the meat sauce the day before.
Ingredients
- 3 ½ dl plain white flour
- ½ pack dry yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ½ dl lukewarm water
- 1 handful grated cheese
- 1 handful fresh basil
Method
- To a bowl combine wheat flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for approximately 25–30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top with meat sauce, grated cheese and fresh basil. Bake in the middle of the oven at 250 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes.
