1.5 dloat milk

3 dlcold water

0.5 xlemon

How to Make

Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender

mix until you have a smooth consistency.

Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately. You can also put a portion in the fridge until the next day, then stir it lightly before drinking it.
