Lime Marinated Pork served in Salad

This tastes so good, and is perfect if you want a lighter dinner. You can optionally serve this with homemade tortilla chips from tortillas.


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g pork mince
  • Β½ x lime
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • ΒΌ tsp sriracha
  • 4 handful lettuce
  • 2 x small tortillas


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pork dough. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper. If you like it spicy, add some sriracha. Add minced parsley.
  2. Wash the salad and place it on a plate as shown in the picture. Pour over the meat and top with sour cream.
  3. Cut tortilla chips into small triangles. You can either fry them in a pan with neutral oil or brush them with oil and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Season with Gastromat or salt.
