This tastes so good, and is perfect if you want a lighter dinner. You can optionally serve this with homemade tortilla chips from tortillas.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g pork mince
- Β½ x lime
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- ΒΌ tsp sriracha
- 4 handful lettuce
- 2 x small tortillas
Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pork dough. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper. If you like it spicy, add some sriracha. Add minced parsley.
- Wash the salad and place it on a plate as shown in the picture. Pour over the meat and top with sour cream.
- Cut tortilla chips into small triangles. You can either fry them in a pan with neutral oil or brush them with oil and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Season with Gastromat or salt.
