If you follow the weekly menu this dish is part of, you already have prepared the meat sauce to use for this dish. The white sauce in this lasagna is flavored with Parmesan. It tastes absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp plain white flour
  • 3 dl milk
  • 1 handful shredded parmesan
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 4 x lasagna sheets
  • 1 handful grated cheese
  • 1 handful baby leaf salad
  • 2 x plum tomato

Method

  1. Make white sauce. Melt the butter to a pan and combine the flour. Let it cook a little in the pot while you stir. Add milk a little at a time and let the sauce simmer on a low heat. Add grated parmesan and season with salt and pepper. If you have nutmeg, this is also something you can add to taste.
  2. Find an ovenproof dish, meat sauce and lasagne sheets.
  3. Put in a layer of meat sauce, a layer of white sauce and a layer of lasagne sheets. Then you repeat. The last layer should be meat sauce and white sauce. Top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake the lasagne at 200 degrees celsius for 40 minutes.
  5. Serve with baby leaf salad and diced plum tomatoes. It is also popular with bread and butter for this dish.
