Honey Glazed Walnuts with Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 200 g walnuts
  • 1 dl honey
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method

  1. Toast unsalted walnuts in a dry, hot frying pan and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Add honey to a hot pan, and let it bubble for one minute, turn down the heat and stir in the walnuts. When the walnuts are covered and become sticky, place them on a baking paper. Pull the nuts apart so they don't become a big huge lump. Sprinkle over some sea salt.
