Ingredients
- 200 g walnuts
- 1 dl honey
- 1 pinch sea salt
Method
- Toast unsalted walnuts in a dry, hot frying pan and set aside in a bowl.
- Add honey to a hot pan, and let it bubble for one minute, turn down the heat and stir in the walnuts. When the walnuts are covered and become sticky, place them on a baking paper. Pull the nuts apart so they don't become a big huge lump. Sprinkle over some sea salt.
