Ingredients
- 2 x eggs
- ½ x lemon
- 200 g plain white flour
- 1 dl vanilla yoghurt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- ½ dl water
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- Leave to swell for ten to fifteen minutes, the batter should be quite thick.
- Fry on medium heat in a frying pan with oil or butter until you get a golden brown crust on both sides.
