Ingredients
- 100 g pasta tagliatelle
- 150 g scampi
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp chili spice
- 1 dl cream
- ½ pack parsley
- ½ x lemon
- ½ tsp salt
Method
- Boil pasta in salted water.
- Peel the scampi.
- Mince the garlic and fry in a pan with olive oil and chili powder.
- Add in the shrimps and cook until they start turning pink.
- Next, add cream, parsley and lemon juice, and simmer. Season with salt.
- Fold the cooked pasta into the shrimp sauce and serve!
