Ingredients
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 x breaded fish filet
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ pack parsley
- 50 g parmesan
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 dl cream
- ½ x lemon
- 100 g spaghetti
Method
- Bake the breaded fish fillets in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
- Boil spaghetti in a saucepan with properly salted water until the spaghetti is al dente.
- Mince the garlic and parsley, and grate the parmesan.
- Fry the minced garlic with butter in a frying pan on medium heat for about half a minute. Add cream and simmer for a few minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti, but remember to set aside half a decilitre of pasta water.
- Add pasta water, grated parmesan, freshly squeezed lemon juice and finely chopped parsley to the cream sauce. Fold in the spaghetti and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the Alfredo with breaded fish fillet.
