Spaghetti Alfredo with Breaded Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 x breaded fish filet
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ pack parsley
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 dl cream
  • ½ x lemon
  • 100 g spaghetti

Method

  1. Bake the breaded fish fillets in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Boil spaghetti in a saucepan with properly salted water until the spaghetti is al dente.
  3. Mince the garlic and parsley, and grate the parmesan.
  4. Fry the minced garlic with butter in a frying pan on medium heat for about half a minute. Add cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Drain the spaghetti, but remember to set aside half a decilitre of pasta water.
  6. Add pasta water, grated parmesan, freshly squeezed lemon juice and finely chopped parsley to the cream sauce. Fold in the spaghetti and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the Alfredo with breaded fish fillet.
