If you are making this dish as part of the weekly menu it is a part of, use the cottage cheese cream as a sauce. If you don't have it, you can replace it with dry white wine, cream, lemon and Parmesan together with pasta water, salt and pepper. Easy peasy!
Ingredients
- 100 g dried pasta
- 1 dl pasta water
- 2 thumb parmesan
- 1 ½ x tomato
- 1 handful chives
- 1 x chive flower
Method
- Boil plenty of water and add salt. Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Set pasta water aside.
- If you follow the weekly menu this dish is part of, you must use the cottage cheese cream you made the day before for the sauce. Mix in pasta water before pouring it over the pasta. Add grated Parmesan and mix well.
- Note: If you have not made the cottage cheese cream, you can use some dry white wine, cream, lemon, grated parmesan, salt and pepper to make a delicious creamy sauce. Use approx. 1.5 dl of cream per serving.
- Dice the tomato and mince the chives. Combine this together with the pasta. If you have chive flowers, divide them into small flowers and top the dish with them. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
