Ingredients
- 100 g bacon
- 4 x potatoes
- ¼ x broccoli
- ½ x red onion
- 100 g parmesan
- ¼ pack parsley
Method
- For this dinner we use broccoli soup that was made earlier this week menu.
- Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it in a frying pan until crispy.
- Cut potatoes, broccoli and red onion into cubes and add to a bowl together with broccoli soup.
- Mix together and add in a fireproof form. Top with grated parmesan and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Top with finely chopped parsley.
